How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ EV Atlas Premium โ†’ Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Where does your vehicle data come from?

Our vehicle database is sourced from the OpenEV Data project, an open-source dataset maintained by the EV community. We verify and update data regularly.

Why can't I find a charging station near me?

Our charging data comes from NREL (US) and Open Charge Map (worldwide). If a station is missing, it may not yet be listed in these databases. You can contribute to Open Charge Map to help improve coverage.

Is EV Atlas available on Android?

Currently, EV Atlas is available only on iOS (iPhone and iPad). Android support is on our roadmap โ€” stay tuned!

How do I restore my Premium purchase on a new device?

Open EV Atlas โ†’ Settings โ†’ Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Can I request a vehicle to be added?

Yes! Email us at support@evatlasapp.com with the vehicle make, model, and year. We'll work on adding it to our database.
